Your Story Isn't Finished, Darling

Every single person at every age has something unique to contribute to the world, and only you can do it in your way.

When you're in the midst of the darkness, there will be light--- keep going.

When tragedy engulfs you, there will be clarity--- keep going.

Your story becomes your strength, and it is your duty to share your story and your magic with your tribe--- as you are ready. Someone needs to hear your struggles because those struggles become your strength.

There are people in this world who will try to bring you down and diminish your belief in yourself.

You are worthy. You are deserving of love.

I share with the families I work with that there is nothing you can say about your story that will scare me away. Do not fear being judged. Do not fear me leaving you. I will cherish you and hold you closer in my heart.

When we're living in trauma, we can't see beyond it, but pushing past it and taking the time to heal-- through counseling and coping strategies and finding your faith---- you will then take that trauma and RISE UP.
